Standard single crown and bridge cases take 5–7 working days. Full arch implant hybrid bridges and complex aesthetic cases take 7–10 working days. Rush service can be arranged for urgent cases upon prior communication.
We accept STL files from Trios, iTero, Medit, 3Shape and all mainstream intraoral scanners. You also need to send prescription form and shade reference photos together with STL files.
We provide manufacturing defect warranty. If the restoration has lab production error like bad marginal fit, material defect or shade mismatch caused by our lab, we will remake the case for free. Damage from clinical operation is not covered.
We accept bank wire transfer. We will send formal quotation and bank payment instruction once your case details are confirmed before production.
